About Crop PDF
Crop PDF changes the visible page area by trimming outer margins, scanner shadows, edge marks, or unwanted headers. It does not rewrite the words and graphics inside the retained rectangle; it adjusts the page view around them.
When to use this tool
Use it to tidy consistently scanned pages or remove excessive surrounding whitespace before sharing. A conservative crop is best for documents with footnotes, stamps, or page numbers near an edge.
